About the Role:

Boston Scientific is looking for anSAPService ,Plant Maintenanceand associated end-to-endlt-on Service Max SolutionThis role is part of our. This person will be the primary technical owner, which includes development, enhancement, documentation, and support ofsystem functionality in SAP and partnership with. In addition, the person will analyze, design, document, test and deliver business systems and Information System process solutions to meet business requirements.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Work with Product owner andkeybussinesstakeholders to understand customer’s businessprocess and needsand incorporate understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations
  • Evaluatebusiness needs and recommendappropriate solutionsthatadhere to global design.
  • LeadCapital Service Management work stream activitiesrelated to capturing business needs, developing solution approaches and designs, andimplementation of solutions withinthe Service to Cash processes, working with internal and external cross-functional groups.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership by staying current onnew technologies
  • Balance multiple priorities and ensure alignment withwithinternal and external cross-functional groups
  • Performing SAP S4ServiceSystem Configurationas part of solutioning process and evaluation of new capabilities
  • Adhere to project plans, tasks, and deliverables;identifydependencies and resourcerequirements
  • Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and managedeliverables with technical resources totimelines
  • Ensure quality and completeness ofrequired technical documentation per ISmethodologyand processes
  • Lead and drive resolution totechnical issues including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds and defect correction
  • Analyze, design, construct, test, and implement system or application enhancements,recommendingalternatives when multiple options are available
  • Provide subject matterexpertisein S4 Service Management and interface toServiceMax.
  • Knowledge of API Integration will beaddon.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM will beadd-on
  • Havinggood experienceon Fiori Apps related to S4 Service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Scienceor related field
  • 8+ years’ experiencewith SAP modules
  • Experience withSAP ECC6 and/orS4HANA
  • In depth functional and configurationexpertisein SAP SM (Service Management) which includes SAP SD (Sales and Distribution experience) along with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) modules
  • Experience working with Notifications and Service Orders/Preventive Maintenance/Sales processes/Contract and Warranty processes andpricing
  • Previousexperience as a leading member of a large enterprise SAP development team with assignments in all phases of the software lifecycle
  • Knowledge of pricing, credit management, customer master, and other basic demand functionalityrequired
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Ability toidentifyand implement process improvementopportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
  • Exceptional organizational & time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people in other areas across the enterprise toaccomplishdesiredoutcomes
