Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing and Data Warehouse solutions, ideally with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and SAP BI
- Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources, to analyze complex issues and to improve processes and techniques
- Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex subject matters to multiple levels of recipients
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- International mindset; experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree or Equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Human Resources environment, ideally within an international matrix organization
- Working experience in reporting and governance function
- Initial Project Management experience
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
