Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementations and enhancements of global HR processes, solutions and tools in alignment from a HR data governance perspective in alignment with global HR data definitions and standards
  • Support the definition and update of global HR data management and reporting standards, guidelines and manuals
  • Support the timely update of the global HR data and reporting repository, containing definitions of primary and reference data, available reports, data feeds and key performance indicators, up-to-date and available to end users
  • Validate HR data compliance with global HR data model, group policies and data privacy regulations
  • Manage global data auditing activities
  • Consult HR Services and market HR functions in data auditing standards and routines
  • Consult HR and non-HR functions in the definition and usage of global HR data, reports and information, as well as reporting and analytical tools
  • Moderate alignment activities between HR, Controlling and other functions regarding HR data and other cross-functional data elements
  • Initiate process and data improvement measurements
  • Maintain sound business relationship with other GBS HR functions and key relationships
  • Participate in regular information exchange and feedback sessions within the global GBS HR organization, as well as with external parties

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing and Data Warehouse solutions, ideally with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and SAP BI
  • Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources, to analyze complex issues and to improve processes and techniques
  • Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matters to multiple levels of recipients
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • International mindset; experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse team

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Degree or Equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Human Resources environment, ideally within an international matrix organization
  • Working experience in reporting and governance function
  • Initial Project Management experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
