Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

  o OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

  o OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience

  o OR equivalent experience.

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.

• Previous experience in software development and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Azure, Terraform, and other infrastructure as code tools.
• Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Solid foundation in Software Engineering Fundamentals.
• Ability to design and build production-level solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, SCRUM, Git, and GitHub.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and driven by challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and secure development practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Data & AI projects.
• Knowledge of observability and system monitoring practices.
• Experience with third-party solution integration and microservices.

• Collaborate with clients and partners to define project scopes and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement software solutions using agile methodologies (SCRUM/Agile).
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Implement security practices and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Participate in ideation and design thinking sessions to define approaches and solutions for business problems.
• Conduct architecture design sessions to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Apply observability practices, unit tests, load tests, integration tests, design patterns, and code best practices.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and progress reports.
