Prepare performance reports and cybersecurity service metrics. Follow up on SLA reports that must be delivered by cybersecurity service towers. Participate in service level review meetings and document the results. Support in the implementation of improvements in service level management processes. Support in the monitoring of active tickets for service escalation. Calculate SLA compliance for metrics associated with Service Management (INCs, SCTasks, Change Requests, etc.). Assist in updating service level agreements (SLAs) and selected reports.
