As a Loan Servicing Analyst in the Mortgage Finance Operations team, you will process funding and paydown requests, ensuring timely and accurate service for our customers. You will manage daily account balancing and provide end-of-day reports, maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer funding requests within established SLAs.
- Handle customer paydown requests efficiently.
- Balance customer funding and operating accounts daily.
- Maintain facility operations, including haircuts and transfers.
- Conduct reporting and research activities.
- Utilize various technology applications effectively.
- Report defects and suggest enhancements for applications/processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for applications.
- Drive the risk and control agenda.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workflow, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 5 years of experience in accounting and collateral management.
- Proven ability to work independently with sound judgment.
- Experience in reading and interpreting loan documentation.
- Experience managing high-volume workflows to meet SLAs.
- Experience in approving and releasing agency forms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Intermediate knowledge of performance metrics and client invoices.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
