- Reporting & Metrics – Analyze trends and support regular reporting to senior leadership with accurate metrics.
- Independent Decision-Making – Operate with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and drive investigations with strategic insight.

In your day to day role you will...
- Legal Request Fulfillment – Manage and ensure timely, accurate responses to lawful requests for customer data from global law enforcement and government agencies.
- Stakeholder Communication – Liaise with law enforcement, government officials, and internal teams on data request matters.
- Sensitive Data Management – Work with internal systems that process and store highly sensitive customer information.
- Subpoena Review & Analysis – Review and critically assess subpoena requests, ensuring compliance and thorough documentation.
- People Management – Lead and mentor a team, set priorities, oversee performance, and support professional development.
