As a Learning Program Manager in Europe West, the selected candidate in this role will be responsible for activities related to managing learning events in Europe West.
• Manage part of a SL / Cross-SL / Markets curriculum (e.g. SSL)
• Create Learning deployment plans and budgets
• Monitor and manage the execution of Learning plans and budgets
• Manage facilitator excellence
• Business stakeholder management and working with business champions to drive adoption of Learning courses
• Coordinate SME support for Learning design as required
• Engage EY CoE or approved vendors to undertake design and development activities of local Region content
• Create Learning Solution deployment strategies and materials
• Ensure Learning Program publish and assignment requests are submitted
• Manage the running of Learning Program pilots
• Support creation of Learning Solution Plans, Design Specifications Learning Solution content and storyboard and as required*
• Leverage central evaluation reporting processes and tools
• Escalate Learning Program feedback to Talent Executive stakeholders
• Plan continuous improvement of local Region content
• Facilitate Learning Program delivery as required
• Create Learning course deployment plans and budgets, aligned to Learning Program planning and budgets
• Submit requests to Schedule Offerings and to publish content in SuccessFactors
• Manage the end-to-end execution of Learning course deployment plans and budgets, including conference and event management
• Source facilitators for Learning courses and manage the facilitator pool
• Prepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses
• Provide oversight of Learning deployment administration activities
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites for joining instructions (if required)
• Manage vendors relating to Learning deployment and logistics
• Build and maintain close working relationships with TSS Learning deployment administration contacts (where relevant)
• Learning on-site support (as required)
• Access reports on Learning course L1 – L3 evaluation feedback
• Produce key insights from Learning Program feedback and report these to the Service Line Learning Leader
Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications - Internal
Candidate profile:
• Ability to communicate across organizations and with various levels of management
• Project Management and learning deployment experience in IT/ e-learning/ or related industries
• Knowledge of learning events
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools or similar project planning tools
• At least 8-12 years of experience in project management or coordination role or learning deployment
• Ability to maintain good relationship with multiple stakeholders while successfully managing the schedule and scope of the project
