The program entails high client visibility and offers both personal and technical learning and development especially suited for every C-Suite role. This pivotal position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional organizational skills to build, design, and co-manage specialised programs tailored for C-suite executives.
• Support the Asia-Pacific Center for Executive Leadership Program Leader with defining the programs’ objectives, scope and outcomes particularly as this is a pioneering initiative
• Co-manage interlapping and overarching programs with the team’s Program Manager
• Design and co-develop content and topics that are relevant and impactful to Asia-Pacific based C-suite clients through extensive research and feedback from existing C-suite executives and EY SMEs
• Clearly articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of the C-suite programs leveraging program materials from other Areas/Regions
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive program designed to address the unique needs and challenges of C-suite executives
• Ensure the curated C-suite programs align with the firm’s overarching strategic objective and complement EY’s existing C-suite programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to integrate the program into broader organizational initiatives
• Oversee the execution of individual programs within programs ensuring they are complete on time and within scope and expectations
• Diarise and plan events in accordance to agreed scope and program requirements
• Liaise with administrative committee in planning events in accordance to agreed scope and program requirements
• Maintain/update all project related trackers e.g., project plan, risk tracker, budget tracker, etc.
• Establish effective communication channels and relationships across EY’s C-suite internal network; provide regular updates on each program’s progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Commerce or any relevant course
• 7+ years’ experience in program management within a professional services or consulting environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs from conception to completion
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with experience in client-facing roles
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a dynamic business environment.
• Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various programs
• Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables
