Job Description
As a Project Manager, the person selected to this role will be responsible for acting as a SPOC (single point of contact) for project activities in the L&D VTH Europe West team.
- Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution
- Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc.
- Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm’s standards
- Effective risk management
- Identify process and product improvement opportunities
- Successful project issue resolution (internal and external)
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects end-to-end
- Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project teams effectively and get the best out of them
- Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team
- Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to drive new learning processes
- Proficient in client expectation management
- Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous
- Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in learning
- Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations
Candidate profile:
- Ability to communicate across organizations and with various levels of management
- Project Management experience in IT/ e-learning/ or related industries
- Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed with Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools
- At least 8-12 years of experience in project Management experience in IT
- At least 4-6 years of Project Management experience in e-learning and content development
- Ability to maintain good relationship with the clients while successfully managing the schedule and scope of the project
