How you’ll spend your day
  • To profile target customers and implementing marketing activities to maximize product/brand appeal including:
  • Profiling customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behaviour for the designated products.
  • Optimizing product message through distribution of marketing materials.
  • Executing marketing activity as planned.
  • Ensuring customer experience is in line with brand image and strategy.
  • To achieve sales targets (Customers: Doctors, Pharmacist, KPDM, Procurement visit; products detailing, product presentation, business meeting, hospital listing, financial target).
  • To develop and maintain good relationship with medical communities in order to increase product awareness.
  • To monitor and maintain customer satisfaction level.
  • To monitor the competitor activities & program, product availability survey, and coordinate with distributors as support for marketing program.
  • To comply with QEHS procedure, regulations and company & compliance policy.
Your experience and qualifications
  • D3(Diploma) / S1(Bachelor’s Degree) majoring in scientific (Biologic, Pharmacy, and other related field)
  • 1-2 years as Product Specialist (PS) in Sales & Marketing preferably from Innovator pharmaceutical company
  • Experience in neuro therapeutic area would be great
  • Computer literacy and Basic English proficiency
