In this role, you / you are:Show proficiency in data review and analysis, particularly with ExcelHave the ability to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated consistent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Administer all aspects of the company’s equity compensation plans, including ESPP and RSUs, ensuring compliance with plan terms, internal processes, and international/US tax withholding/reporting requirements.
- Maintain database integrity and accuracy of employee data in Apple’s Equity Edge Online system.
- Provide excellent customer service for inquiries on E*TRADE account information, RSU grants/vesting, ESPP, and general stock-related questions.
- Generate recurring reports and respond to ad hoc data requests from business partners.
- Maintain desk procedures/department calendar and ensure consistency.
- Advocate for process improvement.
- Handle other projects as directed by the Stock Plan Administration Manager.
- 1-3 years of experience in stock administration, compensation, or brokerage industry at a multinational, publicly traded company.
- Experience with equity compensation issues, including RSUs and ESPP, and their domestic and foreign tax implications.
- Proficiency in Equity Edge Online and E*TRADE Stock Plans platform.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1; or completion of Level 1 within one year of hire date.
- Proactive approach to learning new technologies and industry trends.
