- Represent and manage the APAC REM Plan of Record (POR) to drive alignment and readiness across all REM functions.- Organise and lead leadership staff meetings, quarterly off-sites, manager pulse sessions, and GRS (Global Retail Support) key meetings.- Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources align with strategic priorities and operational needs.Data and Insights:- Champion standard methodologies in integrating data and insights into REM’s strategic decision-making processes.- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for implementing strategic platforms and custom research initiatives, including market-specific audience analyses.People Processes and Organisational Design:- Work closely with leadership to define roles, competencies, and recruitment strategies that align with REM APAC growth objectives.
