Description
Business Insights: Leveraging a strong understanding of the market, client base and competitive set, the Sales Operations Lead will proactively bring ideas and proposals to sales. In partnership with sales leadership, they will turn the ideas into action by conducting analyses and uncovering the insights required to create high impact programs and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in Sales Operations, digital advertising industry, business/investment analyst and/or consulting role
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field. MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising landscape and KPIs for web/mobile/apps. Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM) and/or app-install marketing preferred
  • High degree of proficiency in quantitative analyses, influencing with data, building business cases, and communicating data-driven insights to analytical and non-analytical audiences
  • Demonstrated experience with data-mining including querying data via SQL, Salesforce, Tableau, Excel

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and be proactive
