About the Role
As a Sr Strategic Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our strategy and optimizing operations across the country. You’ll partner with Commercial, Catalog, and Central Ops teams to design and lead high-impact initiatives. Your work will directly influence the experience of consumers, merchants, and delivery partners, making our platform more efficient and reliable.
What you'll do
- Identify, scope, and lead high-impact projects that improve marketplace reliability, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.
- Detect and act on key opportunities to elevate the platform experience for users, merchants, and delivery partners.
- Own end-to-end project management: from ideation and planning to execution and post-analysis.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights, trends, and guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, Finance, and Support to turn insights into impactful actions.
What you'll need
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience (consulting, investment banking, tech, strategy, analytics, or operations).
- Advanced skills in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent business judgment and problem-solving abilities; data-driven decision-making mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketplace platforms or on-demand services is a strong plus.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated success in solving complex problems and designing innovative solutions.
