Manage and dedicate the growth of Japanese publisher accounts as an individual contributor.
Understand our partners' priorities through regular meetings and consultations with partners and share their voices with internal stakeholders. Also, introduce new Outbrain products and initiatives to partners, just in time.
Work on all operational and strategic aspects to ensure delivery and performance, including technical setup, monitoring, analytics, up-selling, and retention, to contribute to our partner’s and Outbrain's objectives.
Support the Publisher MD of Japan and Team Lead of local PM in renewing strategic publisher deals while aligning with the internal approval processes.
Work cross-functionally with global PMs, local BDs, Supply CXs, and back office staff to achieve goals.
With a Demand Driven Supply mindset, you will contribute to local/global demand sales and their customers through the values of supply.
Report to the Team Lead of Partner Management, Japan.
What You’ll Bring
At least 3 years of experience in the digital media/Ad tech industry.
Experience managing strategic partners and working on new product go-to-market.
Excellent analytical, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability and desire to learn the Outbrain products and to provide timely, consistent, accurate support and account management by facing clients remotely/physically.
Positive, open, collaborative, fair, and problem-solving mindsets.
Japanese native speaker and a willingness to work in English.
Knowledge of ad technology and the online advertising & publishing landscape is a plus.
Experience working with ad technology in display and video, and practical experiences with JavaScripts, CSS, etc. SDK and/or API experience is a plus.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
