- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training.
- Open to work in Beaverton, Oregon (remote is not an option).
- 7+ years of Digital Marketing experience (or related field).
- Experience identifying and managing agencies, vendors & partners to bring strategies/ideas to life.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with a highly developed ability to cultivate relationships in a diverse and complex organizational landscape.
- A personal connection to sport and a genuine passion for the Nike Brand, athletes & product.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As an individual contributor, you will lead the global digital marketing offense across our biggest brand moments. You will set a new vision for this offense and bring that vision to life through strategic marketing plans, ideas & execution tied to athletes, sport moments, product launches and campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing big, digital-marketing ideas and articulating them through clear and executable strategic plans.
- Rallying & aligning x-functional and leadership stakeholders around your ideas through strategic storytelling and the art of presentation.
- Own the sport moment roadmap and strategy across all fields of play in partnership with brand.
- Resource & delivery planning required to take your ideas/plans to market
- Collaborating with and enabling high-performing, creative talent to bring ideas to life for the consumer.
- Partnering with Geography/local teams and other functions to execute & extend your ideas and plans.
- Leading and supporting cross-functional, project teams.
