- Design, implement and optimize sensing algorithms- Prototype and evaluate novel techniques to improve sensing accuracy and functionality - Ensure algorithms meet performance, accuracy and latency requirements for embedded systems- Develop metrics and KPIs to track algorithm performance
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with M.S. in EE, CE, CS, or equivalent
- Proficient in Python/MATLAB for data analysis, visualization of complex datasets
- Experience with algorithm design for classification, noise modeling/filtering, signal processing, statistical analysis, and machine learning
- Experience with sensor interfacing, signal conditioning, and signal-to-noise analysis
- Prior experience with end-to-end development, taking a feature from concept to shipping it
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams/projects and driving projects of varying sizes and scopes
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally for development and on-site manufacturing support is also expected.
- - Proven technical leadership skills with ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
- - Good teammate with great communication and leadership skills & ability to lead high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach
