A day in your new life

As a Pricing Specialist in the Rhythm Management EMEA team, your day rarely looks the same. You might start the morning by reviewing margin trends and pricing deviations from the past quarter, but before you know it, you're on a call with a local Sales Manager to align on strategy for an upcoming tender. You’re not just running reports -. In the afternoon, you could be leading a price review session with country stakeholders, translating data insights into practical actions or sparring with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence on how to improve execution tools. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and strategic—you’ll spend as much time influencing commercial decisions as you will refining models, with a strong sense of ownership and a clear impact on the business.

What you bring

We’re not looking for someone who ticks every box - we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow, contribute, and challenge the status quo. Continuous improvement is at the heart of this role (wordplay intended 😉), and on a day-to-day basis you will be proactively working with sales and marketing to achieve amazing results.

That said, you’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

  • Bring a solid foundation (few years) with relevant experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations in MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences .
  • Are analytical, data-savvy, and detail-oriented , with a strong grasp of pricing strategy and execution.
  • Communicate like a pro: You can an communicate complex ideas simply and clearly: whether it’s in Excel, PowerPoint, or a cross-functional meeting. You feel confident to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics.
  • Are fluent in English & German. Bonus points for Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian (C1 or native level).
  • Enjoy working across borders, cultures, and functions and know how to build partnerships across the business.
  • Know your way around reporting tools like Tableau (a plus, not a must).

What we offer you

We could talk about the salary, bonus, and benefits (and we will – transparently - during the process), but beyond that, we offer something more:
purpose, growth, and people.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • A flexible, hybrid working model with strong support for work-life balance.
  • Paid vacation days, strong pension scheme, €654,- holiday allowance per year, plus additional wellness and family-focused benefits.
  • Generous parental leave and healthcare contributions.
  • Access to a wide range of development opportunities, mentorship, and internal career moves.
  • A diverse, people-first culture that has earned us recognition as a Best Place to Work and Top Employer for Diversity .

We are hiring multiple roles across EMEA right now, of which a pricing analyst EMEA with preferred location Madrid or Milan (more strategic, but same job level) and other pricing specialists in the UK, France & Spain. For the pricing specialist, the local language is a minimum requirement.
