Lead, manage and develop a team of technical trainers and instructional designers
Accountable for the facilitation of in-person and virtual service training programs, ensuring they are delivered a high level of quality
Work cross-functionally with the L&D teams across North America to support development and identify effective and efficient training solutions to support the business
Manage fleet, tooling, parts and equipment for classroom and lab use
Manage training facilities and ensure they are well organized, secure, and clean
Coordinate and communicate with Tesla Semi customers regarding training strategy and scheduling of instructor led trainings
Measure, report and provide insights to assist the business in the review of the effectiveness of programs
What You’ll Bring
Ability to travel 25-50% of time
Experience with people management and leading Technical Training Teams
Proven ability in Learning Management Systems, learning design, and experience with building curriculum
Workday may often be spent engaging in repetitious duties like lifting (up to 25 pounds), bending, and standing
Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Service Training Program Leader
