In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategies and processes to drive brand adoption and advocacy at all levels and audiences

  • Reimagine and redesign the brand steward program by incorporating automation as well as AI technology to streamline management processes, gaining efficiencies and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with the head of Brand Strategy and the head of Brand Design & Experience to scale our brand strategy and visual identity systems across the enterprise to ensure adoption

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand stewardship and enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest brand management, automation, and AI technology tends/best practices


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing internal engagement strategies that increase brand advocacy

  • Experience designing brand advocacy strategies that drive change

  • Experience managing the brand stewardship program for a company in the financial services sector

  • Experience leveraging different governance methodologies for large, matrixed brand systems

  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations

  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
