In this role, you will:
Develop strategies and processes to drive brand adoption and advocacy at all levels and audiences
Reimagine and redesign the brand steward program by incorporating automation as well as AI technology to streamline management processes, gaining efficiencies and effectiveness
Collaborate with the head of Brand Strategy and the head of Brand Design & Experience to scale our brand strategy and visual identity systems across the enterprise to ensure adoption
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand stewardship and enablement initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest brand management, automation, and AI technology tends/best practices
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing internal engagement strategies that increase brand advocacy
Experience designing brand advocacy strategies that drive change
Experience managing the brand stewardship program for a company in the financial services sector
Experience leveraging different governance methodologies for large, matrixed brand systems
Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
