- 10+ years as a creative leader at a globally recognized ad agency or in-house team 3+ years working in-house for iconic, global brands
- Award-winning portfolio of outstanding creative work done on a variety of brands across channels
- People manager with deep experience managing dynamic & creative teams
- Ability to craft a story or concept so it's got teeth– shaping culture, not just reacting to it
- Strong grasp of craft across a wide variety of formats
- Vast knowledge of the production process, from pre production through post. Events a plus.
- Comfort being hands-on and willing to do the work yourself, alongside a small and mighty team
