Qualifications
Required:
• Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution delivery, or technical consulting, ideally with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, security, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and drive customer success.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Hungarian.

Preferred:
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365, or other AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Knowledge of the CSU organization and Microsoft’s customer success methodologies.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, or related cloud technologies.
• PROSCI or similar adoption framework certifications and experience in leading organizational change management activities.
• Experience working in multinational or geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities
• Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers to drive successful Copilot adoption and delivery.
• Architect and design Copilot solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, Microsoft account teams, and partners to deliver Copilot projects on time and within scope.
• Provide deep technical guidance, best practices, and enablement for Copilot and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Identify and resolve technical blockers, proactively mitigating risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Share insights and feedback with engineering and product teams to continuously improve Copilot offerings.
• Champion Microsoft’s culture and values, fostering an inclusive environment and a growth mindset.
