KLA has a robust program to collect and analyze on-tool telemetry to more proactively service our tools.

• determine the appropriate metrics for assessing Insight quality and customer value
• collect the Insights being generated by our Analytics server
• summarize the quality of Insights
• quantify the customer value of those Insights
• identify improvements needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires less than 1 year of related experience.
• Technical undergraduate degree (or pursuit of).
• Strong data and analysis skills.
• Clear, critical thinking to align deliverables with stated business objectives.
• Desire to thrive in a team environment where input will be received from multiple stakeholders.
