Responsibilities:

• Systems Test and Validation: Assist in the testing and validation of fleet pack features for BBP tools. This includes developing test plans, executing tests, and analyzing results to ensure system performance and reliability, configuration management. Wil require coming up to speed on BBP tool operations, calibrations and diagnostics.
• Data Validation: Validate fleet hub data against engineering servers and customer data bases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Bug Identification and Resolution: Identify and report bugs, support the resolution process, and track issues to closure.
• Customer Site Support: Support the rollout of systems to customer sites, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality. Work with field support personnel to develop and document process.
• Root Cause Analysis:Studyparameter correlations and work with domain experts to identify root causes of problems and suggest solutions.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from tests to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any issues encountered. Provide clear and concise reports to the engineering team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. Develop requirements for new features which would improve Fleet Pack and benefit users in engineering, Manufacturing and in the field.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analytics is highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
