Our clients are seeking and hiring a new type of Transformation Design expert – one who provides strategic guidance but is also deeply embedded in the delivery and success of their programs. Traditional suppliers, such as strategy houses, systems integrators, and engineering project management consultants cannot provide the complete service our clients now demand.
Your key responsibilities
A successful TD&E Senior Manager will work with our clients to establish a PMO or EPMO infrastructure to mobilize and manage programs by applying a proven PMO framework and methodology based on industry recognized global standards. You will team with engagement leadership to design, establish and operate day to day program and governance structures tracking performance, status and benefit realization across workstreams. You will support a knowledgeable team with experience in business solution architecture, transformation planning, controlling and executing complex programs and PMOs, Value Management and/or Transformation Management Offices (TMO).

To qualify for the role you must have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Approximately 8+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience providing consulting services in leading in Operating Model, Business Solution Architecture and complemented via strong Transformation and Program Management depth and experience in at least one of the following areas: Transformation Management (TMO), Value & Cost Management, PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, Program road-mapping design, PMO maturity assessment, End-to End ERP implementation, End-to End PPM implementation. (using Clarity, Primavera, MS Project, MS Server, Plainview, Niku HP)
- Proven success in leading and developing a team of staff/senior consulting professionals
- Material depth in one or more of the following industries or disciplines: Manufacturing, Health, Life Sciences, Consumer, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Finance Transformation
- Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes
- History of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
- Multiple engagements in which individual revenue managed was above 10 million dollars
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness to travel to meet client needs and ability to travel internationally; travel is estimated at 80%
Ideally you'll also have
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree with an emphasis in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics and/or Business. CPA, PMP, Six Sigma and/or Certified SAP Solution Manager
- Sector experience in areas such as Media and Entertainment, Life Sciences, Oil and Gas, and Consumer Products.
What we offer

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $146,000 to $333,500. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $175,200 to $379,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
