Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working with LearningManagementSystem (LMS)
- opening classes, initiating assignments, keeping track of learners’ registrations andhours;
- performing other activitiesin LMSby request;
- Administrating learning vendor invoices;
- Communication with learners: preparing draft texts and sending regular reminders to EY people to complete the required learnings;
- Assisting with reporting.
Requirements:
- -intermediateEnglishproficiency;
- Advanced MS Exceland analytical skills;
- A bachelor's degree;
- Ability and desire to collaborate and work with learning stakeholders in CESA Region;
- Communicative and proactive approach.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Maximum 1 year work experience in learning/development/talent operation teams;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills;
- Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm;
- Аn enthusiastic, can-do approach.
