Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with LearningManagementSystem (LMS)

• opening classes, initiating assignments, keeping track of learners’ registrations andhours;
• performing other activitiesin LMSby request;
• Administrating learning vendor invoices;
• Communication with learners: preparing draft texts and sending regular reminders to EY people to complete the required learnings;
• Assisting with reporting.

Requirements:

• -intermediateEnglishproficiency;
• Advanced MS Exceland analytical skills;
• A bachelor's degree;
• Ability and desire to collaborate and work with learning stakeholders in CESA Region;
• Communicative and proactive approach.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Some work experience in learning/development/talent operation teams;
• Strong attention to detail;

• Problem-solving and multitasking skills;
• Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the firm;
• Аn enthusiastic, can-do approach.
