Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant industry experience
  • Experience in one of more of the following: UserStudies, recruitment practices, project management, multi-cultural strategies, program development or management advertising
  • An ability to rapidly acquire familiarity with emergent technologies and software algorithms.
  • Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with establishing a community of practice that sets standards and guidance across multiple business functions
  • Experienced human factors engineer with production experience in ML and responsible technology (fairness, diversity, equity) deployments in production systems
  • Experience working with product development teams to inform success criteria for UserStudies in support of feature and product development.
  • Ability to review development and collaborate on the roll-out of a range of products requiring the application of a diversity, equity and inclusion lens
  • Skilled in dealing with ambiguity and moving projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Ability to manage special and cross-functional projects and act as liaison between internal I&D teams for reviewing products and programs. Counsel product and marketing teams on standard methodologies
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,200 and $255,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
