Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day TP matters required for the successful integration of businesses acquired by PayPal into the tax structure; including but limited to: drafting and maintaining intercompany agreements, reviewing step plans, preparing TP reports, conducting functional interviews, preparing cost allocation models and TP analyses;
- Be the subject matter expert and go-to TP contact for questions related to business integrations, intercompany pricing policies, and intercompany agreement needs, including but not limited to building and reviewing complex financial and TP models;
- Coordinate the execution of new intercompany flows with the Accounting team;
- Build relationships with internal Finance, Legal, HR, and business partners as well as external advisors to ensure complete and timely flow of information to the TP team and effective integration of businesses acquired by PayPal; and
- Provide TP support for other special projects as needed.
- Assist the Director of TP with managing intercompany agreements worldwide;
- May require some travel, up to 10% of the time.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of related TP experience (Big 4, law firm or Financials Services experience is a plus);
- Deep understanding of TP principles, theory and interpretation, including but not limited to Section 482 of the Treasury Regulations and OECD Guidelines;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral;
- Strong project management skills; and
- Team player and self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Education:
- BS/BA in economics or accounting, MST, MBA, or JD

$99300 to $216040
