As the Enterprise Marketing Manager - Public Sector, you will work closely with the Public Sector account team to develop and drive targeted key account programs to generate awareness and pipeline, accelerate sales cycles and build customer advocacy and adoption. The Enterprise Marketing function is responsible for driving pipeline generation through enterprise and Account Based Engagement (ABE) initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify Public Sector enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teams
Develop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABE, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives
Identify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels and messaging for key accounts
Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategies
Own & drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
Evaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS
Proven track record of building Public Sector marketing programs (Federal and State)
Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 / 1: few and 1: many campaigns
Experience building and delivering Public Sector events - building plans, managing and executing both large and small scale events
Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven
Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable and proactive attitude + build relationships with key sales and account stakeholders
Problem-solver with a growth mindset
Fluency in English language
