Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and identify areas for automation
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop and maintain RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• Perform testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of RPA implementations and make necessary adjustments
• Document processes and maintain technical specifications for RPA solutions
• Provide guidance on RPA best practices and stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and trends
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices to continuously improve the automation process

Who are we looking for? People with:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with other automation tools and technologies
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
