Success Measures
In 3 months, you will have a strong grasp of the internal RPA framework, existing automations and RPA ecosystem, support deployed projects by troubleshooting failures and apply hotfixes
In 6 months, you will be able to support/maintain deployed automations independently, handle change requests and problem tickets, collaborate with senior engineers on automation projects, code reviews, testing and internal initiatives
In 12 months, you will be able to design and develop new automations, support and maintain existing automations by proactively identifying and fixing issues, and provide recommendations for a phased UiPath solution roadmap focused on architecture standardization, migration, and security.
