Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership and subject matter experts to translate their content and ideas into engaging and compelling visual stories
• Create well-designed and thoughtful presentations to showcase strategic concepts and product functionality
• Push creative boundaries by constantly pursuing new concepts and approaches, bringing forth new ideas and presentation design techniques

• Leading a small team of presentation and motion graphic designers, provide design direction and oversee the development of all presentation materials to ensure that they follow best practices and meet brand and quality standards

• In partnership with Creative Services Director, act as a champion for brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in presentation and video materials
• Manage external agencies as necessary

Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

• 8+ years’ experience as a presentation designer or content designer
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design

• Proficient in PowerPoint and passionate about maximizing its functionality for exceptional visual execution
• Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience developing video concepts and storyboards and managing the video production process
• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tell stories and communicate concepts with easy-to-understand, eye-catching visuals
• Strong writing and editing skills a plus
• Strong conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated success working with and influencing C-level executives
