• Create presentations in various formats, varying from standard slide by slide walkthroughs to compelling stories for high-profile presentations
• Take content outlines and visualize slides based on content, presentation goals and brand standards
• Collaborate with senior management to build on-brand new business materials, including Google slides/Apple Keynote/Microsoft PowerPoint templates and breaker slides, concept mock-ups, coverage mock-ups, charts and infographics, print materials, reports, white papers, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with non-Designers, who may only have a vague understanding of their need, to co-create a plan for executing quality presentations
• Provide thought-leadership on the latest presentation trends and capabilities, including AI software and implementation
• Ensure design output adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, and always work towards 100% accuracy

• 5+ years experience as a communications designer
• Expert-level knowledge in Google Slides, Apple Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Have a keen eye for breaking down complex information into beautiful and simplified content to better engage our audience
• Outstanding attention to detail and expertise in typography, color, and layout
• Demonstrated experience communicating and partnering with business leaders and speakers to streamline processes and ensure smooth execution
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• A portfolio full of great work showing high-quality presentation work

• Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and motion design
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a broad in-house team
• Degree in design, visual communications; or equivalent

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$130,000 per year - USD$144,000 per year.
