Performs optimization in terms of capacity, architecture, performance, analyses counters, and metrics on current capacity and usage. Forecasts traffic patterns to evaluate impact on current and future architecture. Recommends parameters tuning and design evolutions.

• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.

• Advanced telecom knowledge: 2G, 4G & 5G RAN architecture, service types and features
• Multilayer network optimization hands on experience
• Multilayer network performance analysis
• Nokia product knowledge
• Network operations tools experience (ticketing, performance analysis, reporting, automation tools)
• Report creation skills
• Bachelor/Master’s university degree in technical domain and relevant job experience +10 years
• Teamwork attitude in global, multicultural environment
• Competence transfer skills
• Communication skills
• English skills at upper intermediate level
