Responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing aviation projects while addressing complex issues, disputes, and challenges.
- Developing and delivering project scopes, budgets, contracts, reports, and schedules to meet client objectives.
- Providing project leadership and motivating teams to achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Work alongside the design team to prepare and review technical specifications, construction plans, contract documents, and cost estimates.
- Participate in contract bidding and construction administration both from the office and field
- Provide on-site inspection and/or construction management services at various airport projects throughout the region
- Consult with Engineering team on unusual problems and developments and manage changes and questions
- Use strong communication skills while interfacing with clients, subconsultants, contractors, project stakeholders, and other construction team members.
- A willingness to build familiarity with FAA standards and Airport Operational requirements and best practices.
