Job Purpose

Product management, Market understanding & Strategy

Utilize market analysis to gain deep understanding of the PAH treatment landscape and health ecosystem.

PAH Patient ecosystem optimization

Continuous opportunities identification for innovation and improvements in PAH patient ecosystem. This include but not limited to patient support program, improving processes to enhance patient outcome, treatment adherence.

Performance Monitoring:

Identify key goals and associated performance metrics to measure the effectiveness/ success of identified initiatives.

Perform retrospect and apply learnings that can improve execution of the next initiative.

Overall Portfolio Financial Management

Responsible for setting and achieving financial goals aligned with market potential / opportunities.

Managing budgets aligned with portfolio objectives and revenue forecast.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the oncology accounts.

Sales Reporting and Analytics: Monitoring sales performance. Metrics. Preparing sales forecasts and generating reports for management review.

Mentoring/ Coaching:

Provide guidance and mentorship towards infield marketing colleague and patient solution manager who are supporting the PAH portfolio.

Experience:

  • At least 6-8 years Sales and Marketing experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry required,
  • Prior experience in rare disease therapeutic area will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Prior experience in product launch
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Strong business management & planning skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Marketing achievement
  • Strong customer focus and proven team and relationship building skills

  • Entrepreneurship – placing priority on both internal and external customer’s perspectives when making decision and taking actions. Leading to implementation of initiatives that meet both customer’s and company needs.

  • Strategic Planning - ability to prioritize and establish action plan for both self and collaborating partner to ensure completion of initiatives on time.
  • Decision Making - Through the identification, understanding on key opportunities and risks, ability to choose the best course of action by establishing clear decision criteria. Taking timely action that is consistent with available facts/ constraints while understanding potential impact and implications.
  • Emotional Intelligence - ability to build trust to encourage communication and strengthened relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence - Utilizing effective involvement and persuasion strategies to gain acceptance and commitment to ideas and actions to support achieving portfolio outcomes.
  • Talent Growth - embrace continuous learning, gaining knowledge and skill sets leading to competencies upskilling and professional growth.
