• As a member of the Sales Operations team, you understand the sales cycle, sales compensation, funnel and install base management
• Act as the single point of consolidation across GCASK Operations team to drive cadence
• Drive and lead weekly Forecasting, Revenue Performance, Business Cadence and draw Insights from data to support decision making and strategic planning
• Deliver analysis on revenue risk & opportunity
• Partner with worldwide teams for Core Metrics and Dashboards Adoption
• Identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement through data analysis
• Performance Management - Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, sales performance analysis, Win Loss Reports
• Execution of Planning Activities
• Develop best-in-class systems, processes, & information that meet field and business needs
• A minimum of 7 years of working experience in the technology sector within Sales Operations, revenue operations or similar functions.
• Must have experience in at least two of these areas: Operating model development, Process improvement and design, Business analytics and insights, Chief of staff/Business cadence/ Candence management. Focus is on candidates with a speciality/ focus on analytics, insights and business reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage tight timelines, deliver results and work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field preferred.
