Responsibilities:
Exceed monthly/quarterly sales objectives by promoting Salesforce solutions to new clients in Korea. Manage the entire sales process, emphasizing securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Provide accurate monthly forecasts and meet revenue commitments.
Identify territories, develop go-to-market strategies, and create target account plans.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline within designated market sectors.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
Embrace and implement the Salesforce sales methodology, emphasizing a direct sales approach focused on selling SaaS solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
Proficiency in Korean and English at a business level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales background in the technology industry, preferably inSoftware/Platform/Majorstart-ups/overseas companies.
Experience in CRM/SaaS sales or user experience with a strong understanding of how businesses operate on it.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, especially within the CRM domain.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience or knowledge in services industry (항공사, 여행사 등)
