Responsibilities
  • Own and manage theGEIOne List:Consolidate

  • Oversee fiscal year summit and landing plans for SMB Sales teams, driving readiness and alignment across the organization.

  • Oversee travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reporting for leadership and team activities.

Field Innovation & Feedback

  • Join inthe development and scaling of field-led pilots, running sprints to test global initiatives and measure business impact.
  • Establish and manage a feedback loop platform, capturing actionable field insights to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence

  • timelyand effective execution of ROB, offsitelogistics, and travel plans.
  • clear, engaging landing experiences for SMB Sales teams, supporting change management and readiness for key initiatives.
