• Managing the day-to-day running of the SDP business
• Driving the SDP rhythm of business (ROB) and executing on sales unit priorities
• Responsible for budget and workforce planning activities and management
• Monitoring organizational health and driving the health and culture of the organization
• Partnering with the communications lead to drive a thoughtful sequencing of internal and external communications that promote sales unit leadership’s strategy and direction
• Partnering with the Sales Excellence Lead to rationalize and execute on the sales unit’s enablement program
• Partnering with the SDP Digital Native team to drive a strong rhythm of business, insight loop and stakeholder management
• Serving as a trusted advisor to the leader, participating in a variety of special projects, program and initiatives
