• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ yearsof professional experienceincluding at least 2years experienceinGTM planningat a tech company
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ yearsprofessional experience, including at least 2years experienceinGTMplanningat a tech company
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or working on complex business transformation programs.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in effectively communicating through both spoken and written formats, including creating clear, engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ yearsof professional experienceincluding at least 2years experienceinGTM planningat a tech company
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ yearsprofessional experience, including at least 2years experienceinGTMplanningat a tech company
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
• Experience working at or withthe product, engineering, sales, or support organization at a largehigh techcompany.
• Excellenttop downcommunication skills and strong executive presence.

• You will work closely across all CE&S business units and work closely with the Microsoft GTM (MCAPS) planning teamto orchestrate planning within CE&S and ensure tight alignment with broader GTM planning
• You will drive continuous improvement of the planning process, including through development and adoption of AI planning agents and other tech and tooling improvements
• You will define and lead the cross-CE&S rhythm of business for planning
• You will partner with other strategy leaders (centrally and within CE&S business units) to implement and refine an “always on” planning motion for CE&S
• You willwork on special projects with various business units in which you willstructure business challenges,conductqualitative and quantitativeanalysisdriving to key insights,and develop recommendations
• You will developwritten documents, build end-to-end storylines, and deliver project findings and recommendations to senior executives.
