Skills & Attributes for Success
A solid educational foundation with a Master's degree in a pertinent discipline or the equivalent professional experience.
2-4 years of seasoned experience in consulting or the financial sector, with a strong grasp of banking products and processes like Investments, Loans, Payments, KYC, and AML.
Exceptional analytical prowess, the ability to think conceptually, and a practical, results-driven mindset.
Superior client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities, bolstered by excellent communication and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the banking value chain, encompassing areas such as Origination, Onboarding, Customer Servicing, Product Management, and Risk Management.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, along with a strong command of business English.
A collaborative team player with a well-balanced sense of independence.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or other Project Management methodologies will set more experienced candidates apart.
