Responsibilities:

• Lead global critical systems team and implementation across all data centers.

• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and technology refresh programs.

• Oversee capacity management and resource optimization across facilities.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand capacity while supporting business growth with limited resources.

• Innovate solutions to address data center density challenges, particularly with new equipment requiring higher density configuration.

• Manage business as usual (bau) activities, ensuring that facilities are maintained properly while maximizing uptime.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internal partners and vendors.

• Guide teams in adopting innovative solutions while maintaining operational stability.

• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in data center operations and critical systems management.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure transformations.

• Strong understanding of UPS systems, generators, and infrastructure resiliency principles.

• Experience in facilities management, IT infrastructure, or related areas.

• Deep understanding of emerging data center technologies and industry trends.

• Strong background in risk management and compliance frameworks.

• Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication.

• Advanced degree in relevant technical field preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

• Master's degree preferred.
