As Organizational Change Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving change by overseeing key components, conducting research, and monitoring and executing the strategies that form the backbone of our change portfolios. You’ll provide essential information, advice, and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects both within Jacobs and for our clients. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with others who are actively implementing their own change strategies, fostering a dynamic and innovative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and apply change management strategies for various initiatives
- Work with different teams to support project strategies
- Help create and manage deliverables like stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments
- Stay updated on change management best practices and collaborate with other change practitioners
- Develop and track metrics to support change initiatives
- Use and improve our change management methods
- Work within a team that includes change, communications, and training
- Communicate effectively
- Support the organizational change team
