- Learn structured methodologies for developing change strategy components
- Support key components, research, and monitoring of change strategies
- Gain exposure to transformational change projects
- Work with Organizational Change Leads and other teams to understand change impacts and business readiness
- Help create deliverables related to stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and change effectiveness metrics and creative collaterals
- Support change initiatives across different business units
