Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide advisory and consultative services to business leaders on people-related issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of operational unit business strategy, ensuring alignment with people strategies to achieve business goals.
- Draw upon the greater HR organization to ensure that the right mix of services, expertise, and solutions are available to meet business needs.
- Participate in the development of a workforce plan designed to enable the business unit to achieve its’ objectives.
- Focus on providing consultative advice and solution delivery to senior line management.
- Participate in the development and delivery of solutions that address the business’s biggest challenges and key priorities.
- Challenge the business to ensure alignment and integration with people priorities.
- Coach line managers in best-in-class people management.
- Ensure effective execution of HR policies processes within the business
