You will:
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to grasp and address customer needs effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution.
- Maintain and regularly update client information databases to ensure accuracy and readiness.
Sales Process Support
- Assist Account Managers in identifying and developing expansion opportunities within the customer base.
- Aid in the preparation and delivery of compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage the preparation, filing, and retrieval of sales-related documents, including contracts and proposals
Administrative Support
- Provide robust administrative support to the Account Management team, facilitating efficient day-to-day operations.
- Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and demonstrations for team members.
- Assist in the preparation and renewal of sales proposals in collaboration with Account Managers.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate, analyze, and interpret order management reports to provide actionable insights.
- Create detailed reports on campaign results and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collect and relay feedback from customers to internal teams to guide improvements in products and services based on market trends and customer needs.
About you:
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience, ideally in a fast-paced client-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German.
