Responsibilities:
• Actively cover a portfolio of global financial institutions (includes execution and backing up clients where needed) and be a leading contributor to the teams revenue
• Developing and mentoring junior talents on the team
• Assist with the implementation of the broader strategy for the Investor client segment and develop appropriate regional strategies
• Assist management to identify new opportunities and close gaps with our competitors
• Lead/Coordinate thought leadership content for our Investor clients in the region; includes leading macro events, bring resources from the global network to Asia etc
• Communicate regularly to Regional Heads, in addition to any other relevant senior managers on all aspects of the business; results, market themes, successes, issues
• Staying on top of the regulatory and industry changes and competitive landscape
• Adhere to and cascade all supervisory training and tools to create a culture of responsibility to our clients, our shareholders and each other
Qualifications:
• Sufficient years of relevant experience in Foreign Exchange
• Strong Communication Skills
• Extensive knowledge of the banks and real money business
• Proven product and solution skills
• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and functional partners internally
• Proven track record of successful FX client coverage
