RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to the G&A business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria
- Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
- Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process
- Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably supporting G&A or Marketing organizations
- Experience in SaaS or technology start-up
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Located within commutable distance to our one of our offices
